What BoobLinks indexes
BoobLinks is a search and discovery index. We link to publicly accessible pages on third-party websites. We do not host, upload, store, or distribute third-party content. We index URLs and display metadata (titles, descriptions) only.
How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe that content indexed or displayed on BoobLinks infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on BoobLinks.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Counter-notifications must include substantially the same information as a standard notice plus a consent to jurisdiction statement.
Repeat infringers
BoobLinks has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
False notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees incurred by the alleged infringer.
